Flavia Laterman

A Brazilian living in Vienna since 2008, I offered soft-skills trainings in organizations in Sao Paulo for 5 years. In Vienna, I got a Masters degree in Intercultural Management from Lauder Business School in 2011.
After suffering from anxiety for a year in 2013 and trying different treatments, I finally got rid of my symptoms through a disciplined Mindfulness practice. I knew this was something that could help many people and I decided this was what I wanted to work with. Since then I have done various courses on Mindfulness including the certification as MIO Trainer (Mindfulness in Organizations). I am also a certified yoga and restorative yoga instructor and got 2 Bachelor degrees in Social Communication and English / Letters.

Summer End Yoga + Picnic

On Friday September 3rd at 18:00 we will practice Yoga and Mindfulness at Wertheimsteinpark and celebrate life, ourselves, a healthy and relaxed summer and we will fill our cups for Autumn.

10. October 2021

The Mindfulness HIKE

On Sunday 10.10.2021 at 14:30 we will do a mindful hike at Cobenzl, experience forest bathing and have a storytelling. Exactly what you need to increase your well-being and immune function and decrease stress and anxiety.
