FOREST BATHING
Mindful Walk * Forest Bathing * Tea Ritual
We meet at Cobenzl Parkplatz and begin with a guided Mindful Walk in the Vienna Woods. This is followed by a proper Forest Bathing moment with the provided mats and blankets so participants are comfortable and allow their body, mind and nervous system to sink into the natural space around them.

Perimenopause with Grace
Women over 40 are often confronted with changes in their body and mind which seem mysterious. The 7 to 10 years before women reach menopause are a hormonal rollercoaster similar to what happens in puberty.
Our workshop is a moment for women to get together, learn the latest scientific research on the theme, do soothing practices for body and mind and at the end share a meal, exchange, bond and find a network of women sharing something special.
